【摘要】:發(fā)展城市軌道交通是解決中國城市交通擁堵、環(huán)境惡劣的重要途徑,是適合中國國情的。目前,國內(nèi)地鐵迎來快速發(fā)展、全面發(fā)展的大好時(shí)期,對地鐵設(shè)計(jì)單位來說這充滿著巨大的機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。目前,地鐵設(shè)計(jì)市場處于大調(diào)整時(shí)期,從業(yè)單位、人數(shù)猛增,從占有的市場份額及設(shè)計(jì)能力上已經(jīng)分化出等級和梯隊(duì),這些無疑都加劇了市場競爭。面對未來激烈的地鐵設(shè)計(jì)市場競爭,設(shè)計(jì)單位需完善自身質(zhì)量管理體系,加強(qiáng)設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量把控,杜絕由于設(shè)計(jì)因素造成的工程事故;大力培養(yǎng)專業(yè)地鐵項(xiàng)目經(jīng)營人才,對地鐵項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)營力度要加倍,經(jīng)營層次要提高;要努力做好在建項(xiàng)目,穩(wěn)固已經(jīng)占有的市場,做好深耕,同時(shí)積極籌備、及早進(jìn)入當(dāng)?shù)氐罔F相關(guān)配套項(xiàng)目;創(chuàng)新地鐵管理及經(jīng)營模式,提高地鐵設(shè)計(jì)綜合效益。希望本文的研究分析對目前地鐵設(shè)計(jì)市場發(fā)展態(tài)勢認(rèn)知和應(yīng)對策略的運(yùn)用起到有益的探索和參考。
[Abstract]:The development of urban rail transit is an important way to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion and poor environment in China, which is suitable for China's national conditions. At present, the rapid development of domestic subway, comprehensive development of the good period. This is full of great opportunities for subway design units, but also facing severe challenges. At present, the subway design market is in a period of great adjustment, the number of employees has soared. From the market share and design capacity has been divided into ranks and echelons, which undoubtedly intensified the market competition. In the face of the future fierce competition in the subway design market, design units need to improve their own quality management system. Strengthening the control of design quality to prevent engineering accidents caused by design factors; Train professional subway project management personnel energetically, to the subway project management strength must double, the management level must raise; Efforts should be made to do a good job in the construction of projects, to stabilize the market has been occupied, to do a good job of deep ploughing, at the same time to actively prepare for the early entry of the local subway related projects; It is hoped that the research and analysis of this paper will be beneficial to the cognition of the development situation of subway design market and the application of countermeasures.
