【摘要】：9月7日,國家環(huán)保總局和國家統(tǒng)計局聯(lián)合發(fā)布了《中國綠色國民經濟核算研究報告2004》綠皮書,這是中國有史以來第一份經環(huán)境污染調整的GDP核算研究報告,標志著中國的綠色國民經濟核算研究已經取得了階段性成果。日前,本刊記者就《中國綠色國民經濟核算研究報告2004》發(fā)布的意義、研究成果以及綠色GDP核算下一步的目標等問題,采訪了國家環(huán)�？偩指本珠L潘岳。
[Abstract]:In September 7th, the State Environmental Protection Administration and the State Bureau of Statistics jointly issued the Green Paper of China's Green National accounts Research report 2004. This is the first study report of GDP accounting adjusted by environmental pollution in Chinese history, which indicates that the study of green national economic accounting in China has made a stage achievement. A few days ago. This reporter interviewed Pan Yue, deputy director of the State Environmental Protection Administration, on the significance of the publication of the "China Green National accounts Research report 2004", the research results and the next goal of green GDP accounting.
