【摘要】：供應鏈是由生產商、加工制造商、分銷商、零售商等相互連接組成,負責原材料生產、加工、銷售至終端消費者的產品流通鏈條。公平合理的利益分配是保證供應鏈穩(wěn)定運營的關鍵所在,對供應鏈各主體間穩(wěn)定的合作關系有著決定性的作用。本文主要研究河源市有機農產品供應鏈中生產者(農戶)、運輸商、零售商之間的利益分配相關問題,目的是希望了解河源市有機農產品供應鏈利益分配的現狀,發(fā)現其傳統供應鏈利益分配的不足之處,為保障河源市有機農產品供應鏈利益分配的公平性提供有益的參考,以期推動河源市有機農產品行業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文首先采用文獻分析法,展開對農產品供應鏈利益分配的理論分析,闡述了供應鏈中的利益主體、利益構成、利益分配基本原則。其次,通過實地調研取得河源市有機農產品供應鏈相關數據,了解河源市有機農產品供應鏈的現狀。最后,結合河源市有機農產品供應鏈中各主體差異化的創(chuàng)新能力、風險承擔、誠信指數、投資額度等因素,改進Shapley值法,對河源市中興綠豐發(fā)展有限公司主導的有機農產品供應鏈利益分配展開分析。通過對比兩種利益分配方案,發(fā)現河源市有機農產品供應鏈利益分配中存在整體可分配利益值低、分配機制不均衡、分散的農戶缺乏保障等問題,應適當對生產者和運輸商進行補償,建立供應鏈成員共擔風險及共享最終利益的契約關系。為了有效激勵供應鏈各企業(yè)成員,本文建議結合實際貢獻因素,運用改進Shapley值法確定利益分配比例,從而保障利益分配結果的公平。有效配置河源市有機農產品供應鏈中的企業(yè)資源,帶動供應鏈整體可分配利益值的提升,才能提高河源市有機農產品行業(yè)的整體競爭力,推動河源市有機農產品在激烈的市場競爭中飛速、穩(wěn)定、持續(xù)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The supply chain is composed of producers, processing manufacturers, distributors, retailers and so on, and is responsible for the production, processing and sale of raw materials to terminal consumers. The fair and reasonable distribution of interests is the key to ensure the stable operation of the supply chain, which plays a decisive role in the stable cooperative relationship among the main bodies of the supply chain. This paper mainly studies the Heyuan organic producers in the supply chain of agricultural products (farmers), related problems of transport operators, the retailer's profit distribution, aims to understand the status quo of Heyuan organic agricultural products supply chain profit distribution, found the shortcomings of traditional supply chain benefit allocation, provide a useful reference for the fairness of Heyuan organic agricultural products supply chain profit distribution, in order to promote the development of Heyuan organic agricultural products industry. This paper first uses the literature analysis method to expand the theoretical analysis of the benefit distribution of the agricultural product supply chain, and expounds the basic principles of the interest body, interest structure and profit distribution in the supply chain. Secondly, through field research, we have obtained the relevant data of the supply chain of organic agricultural products in Heyuan, and understand the present situation of the supply chain of organic agricultural products in Heyuan. Finally, combined with the main city of Heyuan organic agricultural products supply chain in differentiated innovation, risk taking, integrity index, the amount of investment and other factors, improved Shapley value method, Heyuan Zhongxing Lufeng Development Co. Ltd. leading organic agricultural products supply chain profit distribution development analysis. By comparing the two kinds of profit distribution scheme, distribution of interests can be found the overall value low, the distribution mechanism is not balanced, scattered farmers lack of security issues such as Heyuan organic agricultural products supply chain in the distribution of interests, should be appropriate to the producers and shippers to compensate the contractual relationship between members of the supply chain to establish risk sharing and benefit sharing eventually. In order to effectively motivate the members of the supply chain, this paper suggests combining the actual contribution factors with the improved Shapley value method to determine the proportion of interest distribution, so as to ensure the fairness of the results of interest distribution. The effective allocation of Heyuan organic agricultural products supply chain resources, drive the whole supply chain can enhance the value of the distribution of interests, in order to improve the overall competitiveness of Heyuan organic agricultural products industry, promote the organic agricultural products in Heyuan city in the fierce market competition, rapid, stable and sustainable development.
