2019年3月正式出版的《“一帶一路”建設(shè)發(fā)展報(bào)告（2019）》藍(lán)皮書(shū),是一部解讀“一帶一路”倡議的權(quán)威著作,主要論述了“一帶一路”自提出五年以來(lái)的發(fā)展情況。本篇翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告節(jié)選該藍(lán)皮書(shū)部分內(nèi)容進(jìn)行翻譯,通過(guò)研讀和翻譯這本書(shū),有助于幫助更多的人了解中國(guó)的“一帶一路”倡議和“一帶一路”建設(shè)的發(fā)展情況,促進(jìn)中國(guó)與世界上其他國(guó)家的交流與合作。本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告包括引言、翻譯任務(wù)描述、翻譯過(guò)程描述、案例分析和總結(jié)五部分。第一部分介紹了翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告的背景,目的與意義;第二部分介紹了源文本的內(nèi)容,語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn)和目標(biāo)讀者;第三部分介紹了翻譯過(guò)程,包括譯前準(zhǔn)備工作、翻譯過(guò)程和譯文質(zhì)量控制;第四部分是案例分析,譯者分別從詞匯、句子、語(yǔ)篇三個(gè)層面對(duì)翻譯實(shí)踐過(guò)程中遇到的難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)地分析;第五部分是對(duì)本次翻譯實(shí)踐任務(wù)的總結(jié)。在翻譯目的論的指導(dǎo)下,譯者采取了多種翻譯方法和技巧來(lái)解決翻譯過(guò)程中遇到的困難。在詞匯層面,對(duì)于四字格的翻譯,譯者采用了省譯、直譯和意譯的翻譯方法,對(duì)于范疇詞的翻譯,譯者采用了省譯的翻譯方法;在句法層面,對(duì)于長(zhǎng)難句的翻譯,譯者采用了分譯法和調(diào)整句子結(jié)構(gòu)的翻譯方法,對(duì)于無(wú)主句的翻譯,譯者采用了添加句...
