當今時代,不管科技如何發(fā)展,世界如何改變,水在人類生存、生活和生產(chǎn)中永遠是不可缺少、也不可代替的物質(zhì)。本翻譯報告原文節(jié)選自《水安全:原則、論點和實踐》（Water Security:Principle,Perspectives and Practices）一書的第三章“水安全悖論與國際法”（The Water Security Paradox and International Law）,本章探討的水安全問題主要是由于缺乏足質(zhì)足量的水資源,從而引發(fā)的諸多貧窮、健康狀況不佳、兒童死亡率升高及各種沖突等發(fā)展問題,并對未來國際水法的發(fā)展趨勢進行了分析,針對現(xiàn)有國際水法在理論和實踐中面臨的問題,提出了合乎實際的解決辦法。該文本對水安全的討論,可以幫助大家了解當今最新的水文化觀點,對水文化的研究和發(fā)展起著重大作用。本翻譯報告主要包括四個部分。第一部分對翻譯任務(wù)進行了描述,包括翻譯任務(wù)來源、翻譯文本簡述、翻譯項目意義;第二部分描述了翻譯過程,包括譯前準備和譯稿分析與修改;第三部分為譯例分析,結(jié)合各種翻譯方法和技巧詳細說明了紐馬克翻譯理論中的交際翻譯和語義翻譯策略指導翻譯實踐;最后一部分是對此次翻譯...
