《受教育權(quán)手冊(cè)》英譯漢翻譯實(shí)踐(第八章)

本文選自聯(lián)合國(guó)教育科學(xué)文化組織官網(wǎng),標(biāo)題為《受教育權(quán)手冊(cè)》。本實(shí)踐選取本手冊(cè)的第八章內(nèi)容《問(wèn)責(zé)制和受教育權(quán)》作為源文本翻譯。本實(shí)踐報(bào)告共分為四章。第一章是對(duì)翻譯任務(wù)的描述,對(duì)翻譯背景,文本內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分析,闡述了翻譯意義。第二章是對(duì)翻譯過(guò)程的描述,其中包括譯前準(zhǔn)備,翻譯過(guò)程以及譯后審校。第三章針對(duì)翻譯過(guò)程中遇到的一些問(wèn)題,圍繞遵循詞語(yǔ)的搭配規(guī)律、突出情態(tài)動(dòng)詞的法律特征、調(diào)整句式結(jié)構(gòu)、查詢(xún)平行文本、以及結(jié)合文本闡明文本信息,結(jié)合案例具體分析翻譯策略。第四章是對(duì)翻譯實(shí)踐的總結(jié),分析遺留問(wèn)題和展望未來(lái)。譯者注重信息的表達(dá),確保譯文的準(zhǔn)確和通順,本次翻譯實(shí)踐提高了譯者檢索信息和解決問(wèn)題的能力,同時(shí)也認(rèn)識(shí)到自身的不足,促使譯者加強(qiáng)理論知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)和提高實(shí)踐能力。
