【摘要】：科研機(jī)構(gòu)建立英文網(wǎng)站的主要作用是對(duì)外發(fā)布最新科研成果,提供對(duì)外宣傳以及與國際科研機(jī)構(gòu)專家學(xué)者合作交流的平臺(tái)。本文是基于筆者完成的中國計(jì)量科學(xué)研究院(NIM)網(wǎng)站新聞翻譯實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目撰寫的報(bào)告。在功能目的論的指導(dǎo)下,筆者對(duì)翻譯任務(wù)進(jìn)行調(diào)研,從文外層面以及文內(nèi)層面對(duì)比研究中外計(jì)量機(jī)構(gòu)網(wǎng)站新聞差異。根據(jù)網(wǎng)站功能以及新聞讀者對(duì)象等文外層面的差異提出NIM新聞翻譯項(xiàng)目主要為編譯,編譯原則包括接近性原則,影響性原則,新穎性原則;根據(jù)文內(nèi)差異提出NIM網(wǎng)站新聞項(xiàng)目的編譯方案,包括對(duì)項(xiàng)目新聞的標(biāo)題、導(dǎo)語、正文的編譯及背景信息的調(diào)整、補(bǔ)充。本報(bào)告通過發(fā)布二次調(diào)查問卷驗(yàn)證翻譯解決方案的效度,以期為今后參與同類翻譯項(xiàng)目的譯員提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The main function of scientific research institutions to set up English websites is to publish the latest scientific research results, to provide a platform for foreign publicity and cooperation with experts and scholars of international scientific research institutions. This paper is based on the report written by the (NIM) News Translation practice Project of the China Institute of Metrology. Under the guidance of functional Skopos, the author investigates the translation tasks and makes a comparative study of the news differences between Chinese and foreign metrology institutions. According to the differences of the function of the website and the target of news readers, this paper puts forward that the translation items of NIM news are mainly compiled, and the principles of compiling include the principle of proximity, the principle of influence and the principle of novelty. According to the differences in the text, this paper puts forward the compiling scheme of news items on NIM website, including the title, introduction, compilation of the text and the adjustment of background information. The present report verifies the validity of the translation solution by issuing a second questionnaire, in order to provide a reference for translators who participate in similar translation projects in the future.
