【摘要】：本文是一份采購協(xié)議的翻譯實踐報告,旨在介紹采購合同的語言特點,并總結(jié)其相應的翻譯策略。采購合同在現(xiàn)如今的經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易中扮演著必不可少的角色,因此采購合同翻譯也得到了越來越多的重視。采購協(xié)議屬于商務合同,同時也屬于法律文本的范疇,因此具備法律文本鮮明的語言特點,法律語言嚴謹準確,客觀公正,句式結(jié)構(gòu)嚴密工整。本翻譯報告分為四個部分,分別是翻譯項目的描述、翻譯的過程、翻譯的難點和策略以及實踐總結(jié)。其中最主要的是第三部分,該部分比較系統(tǒng)全面地介紹了采購合同及其作為法律文本所具備的詞匯、句式及語篇的特點,也相應地分析歸納了翻譯策略。通過對平行文本的分析和比較,并以翻譯原則為指導,本翻譯實踐報告總結(jié)了相應的翻譯對策,以期為采購合同的翻譯提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:This paper is a practical report on the translation of procurement agreements, which aims to introduce the linguistic characteristics of procurement contracts and summarize their corresponding translation strategies. Procurement contracts play an essential role in today's economic and trade. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to the translation of procurement contracts. Procurement agreements belong to commercial contracts and also belong to the category of legal texts, so they have the distinctive language characteristics of legal texts, and the legal language is precise and accurate. The translation report is divided into four parts: the description of the translation project, the process of translation, the difficulties and strategies of translation and the summary of practice. The third part is the most important part. This part systematically and comprehensively introduces procurement contract and its features as legal texts, and analyzes and concludes translation strategies accordingly. Through the analysis and comparison of parallel texts. Under the guidance of translation principles, this translation practice report summarizes the corresponding translation countermeasures in order to provide reference for the translation of procurement contracts.
