【摘要】：隨著中日兩國之間經(jīng)濟(jì)文化往來的增加,在對(duì)日商務(wù)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作中對(duì)商務(wù)日語專業(yè)人才的需求與日俱增。但是目前高職商務(wù)日語人才培養(yǎng)過程中還存在很多不足,導(dǎo)致培養(yǎng)的人才無法適應(yīng)市場的需求。針對(duì)目前高職院校在商務(wù)日語專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)中存在的問題,需要采取一些對(duì)策,目的在于有效提高該專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的綜合素質(zhì)和就業(yè)競爭力,滿足企業(yè)和社會(huì)對(duì)商務(wù)日語人才的需求。
[Abstract]:With the increase of economic and cultural exchanges between China and Japan, the demand for business Japanese professionals in business and economic cooperation with Japan is increasing day by day. However, there are still many deficiencies in the process of cultivating business Japanese talents in higher vocational colleges, which leads to the inability of the trained talents to meet the needs of the market. In view of the problems existing in the training of business Japanese majors in higher vocational colleges at present, some countermeasures should be taken in order to effectively improve the comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness of the graduates. To meet the needs of enterprises and society for business Japanese talents.
