【摘要】：語言作為一個整體與法律有直接的聯(lián)系，曾經(jīng)轟動一時的“本名審判”事件，便說明了這一點。隨著日本社會的發(fā)展，歧視語正在逐漸消失。然而，，假如沒有語言民主化的保護，在法庭上使用受到歧視的方言以及明顯處于劣勢的小語種，就必然會受到不利于己的或者說是不公正的待遇。
[Abstract]:Language as a whole has a direct connection with the law. With the development of Japanese society, the language of discrimination is gradually disappearing. However, without the protection of the democratization of language, the use of discriminatory dialects and obviously disadvantaged minority languages in the courts is bound to be unfavourable or unjust.
