摘要：

隨著現(xiàn)代信息化建設(shè)的不斷發(fā)展，高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)圖書館的藏書、情報(bào)和檔案的整體建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為了各大高校共同關(guān)注的問題。由于三者存在比較緊密的聯(lián)系，所以，有必要對圖書、檔案和情報(bào)的整體性建設(shè)進(jìn)行相關(guān)的研究，進(jìn)而為三者的整體建設(shè)提供科學(xué)的研究依據(jù)。同時，可以為高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)的教職工和學(xué)生提供更具體系性的信息資源。

Abstract： 

With the continuous development of the modern information construction, the overall construction of the library, information and archives of the higher education institutions has become the common concern of the universities. Due to the existence of three closely linked. Therefore, it is necessary to research related to the overall construction of books, archives and information, and for provide scientific basis for the study on the whole construction.
