【摘要】：圖書(shū)館用戶(hù)禁止性規(guī)范是圖書(shū)館規(guī)定用戶(hù)不得從事某種行為的條款。美國(guó)高校圖書(shū)館用戶(hù)禁止性規(guī)范涉及用戶(hù)進(jìn)出館、資源借還、用戶(hù)館內(nèi)舉止、有形資源利用、數(shù)字資源保護(hù)、用戶(hù)安全等方面。盡管其規(guī)范存在一些欠缺,但仍有很多亮點(diǎn)值得我們借鑒。
[Abstract]:The prohibitive norm of library users is a provision that the library stipulates that users are not allowed to engage in certain acts. The prohibitive norms for the users of American university libraries involve the entry and exit of users, the loan and repayment of resources, the behavior of users, the utilization of tangible resources, the protection of digital resources, the safety of users and so on. Although there are some deficiencies in its norms, there are still many bright spots worthy of our reference.
