大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代情報(bào)服務(wù)模型探索研究

【摘要】:數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代,數(shù)據(jù)即資源,數(shù)據(jù)即服務(wù)。大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代,情報(bào)分析人員做好情報(bào)服務(wù)工作尤為重要。本研究首先論述了大數(shù)據(jù)相關(guān)概念、特征及發(fā)展趨勢(shì);其次,探討了大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境給情報(bào)服務(wù)所帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn);最后,結(jié)合大數(shù)據(jù)的數(shù)據(jù)特征,構(gòu)建了大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的情報(bào)服務(wù)模型。該模型充分考慮了大數(shù)據(jù)的數(shù)據(jù)特征、情報(bào)用戶對(duì)情報(bào)內(nèi)容與目的等特殊要求以及情報(bào)分析人員情報(bào)服務(wù)工作的流程,實(shí)現(xiàn)了情報(bào)服務(wù)的定制化和個(gè)性化。模型在數(shù)據(jù)處理過(guò)程中體現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)-信息-知識(shí)-智慧的轉(zhuǎn)化過(guò)程:實(shí)現(xiàn)了從實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)、動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)化為信息,隨后抽象、凝煉為知識(shí),再深度升華為智慧,最終形成智慧產(chǎn)品并提供給情報(bào)用戶,從而達(dá)到情報(bào)分析與情報(bào)服務(wù)的目的。
[Abstract]:In the data age, data is a resource and data is a service. Big data era, intelligence analysts do a good job of information services is particularly important. This study first discusses the concept, characteristics and development trend of big data, secondly, discusses the opportunities and challenges brought by big data environment to information service. Finally, combined with big data's data characteristics, the paper constructs the big data era information service model. The model fully takes into account big data's data characteristics, information users' special requirements for information content and purpose, and the flow of information services for information analysts, thus realizing the customization and individualization of information services. The model embodies the transformation process of data-information-knowledge-wisdom in the process of data processing: it realizes the transformation from real-time data, dynamic data to information, then abstract, condensed into knowledge, and then sublimated to wisdom in depth. Finally, intelligence products are formed and provided to intelligence users to achieve the purpose of intelligence analysis and information services.
