我國高校圖書館面向企業(yè)信息服務(wù)的調(diào)查與分析

【摘要】：現(xiàn)如今,以計(jì)算機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)為代表的信息技術(shù)迅速發(fā)展,為了立足于社會信息化水平逐漸提高的時代,越來越多的企業(yè)開始認(rèn)識到“信息”對于企業(yè)生存發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵性和緊迫性。但是,任何事物的迅速發(fā)展都是一把雙刃劍,社會信息化也是如此,在帶來大量豐富的信息資源的同時,也給人們帶來了“信息爆炸”,產(chǎn)生大量冗余信息。而企業(yè)自身在獲取信息的方面能力有限,會面臨很多的問題,比如信息加工處理能力不高、缺乏信息資源開發(fā)能力、缺少專業(yè)人才等,此時借助外部信息機(jī)構(gòu)的力量成為唯一的解決方法。這對于高校圖書館來說是一個融入信息化市場環(huán)境的契機(jī)。高校圖書館不僅是學(xué)校的教學(xué)科研中心,也是社會的信息服務(wù)中心,擁有為企業(yè)提供高質(zhì)量信息產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)勢和條件。近年來,隨著政策的寬松和市場導(dǎo)向的指引,越來越多的高校圖書館開始承擔(dān)起向社會開放的責(zé)任,但是他們所開展的信息服務(wù)主要是文獻(xiàn)借閱服務(wù)和科技查新等傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)項(xiàng)目,屬于淺層次的信息服務(wù)；只有為數(shù)不多的高校圖書館有意愿與實(shí)力能夠?yàn)樾畔⑿枨笳咛峁┥顚哟蔚男畔⑶閳蠓⻊?wù)�？梢�,現(xiàn)有的信息服務(wù)能力肯定無法滿足市場上日益增長的企業(yè)信息需求。高校圖書館有自身需要履行的信息職責(zé),在保證本校師生正常使用圖書館的前提下,有針對性地拓展服務(wù)范圍,開發(fā)能滿足企業(yè)信息需要的服務(wù)項(xiàng)目。不僅在關(guān)鍵時刻可以幫助企業(yè)做出正確的決策,有利于促進(jìn)企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,還可以增加高校圖書館的信息資源利用率,有效避免資源的浪費(fèi)；最終,有利于提高圖書館信息收集和情報分析的能力,優(yōu)化服務(wù)方式,更新服務(wù)理念,全方位提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量。本論文第一章對高校圖書館面向企業(yè)的信息服務(wù)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行歸納和梳理。第二章主要闡述高校圖書館企業(yè)信息服務(wù)的一般描述,總結(jié)出高校圖書館企業(yè)信息服務(wù)提供的定義和服務(wù)類型。第三章通過對我國39所“985工程”高校圖書館網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行訪問調(diào)研,圍繞企業(yè)信息服務(wù)的四個方面開展了調(diào)查,將我國目前高校圖書館開展信息服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀展現(xiàn)出來。第四章挑選三所在對外提供信息服務(wù)方面具有代表性的高校圖書館作為研究對象,對其進(jìn)行深入介紹和分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國高校圖書館在面向企業(yè)信息服務(wù)方面還存在一系列的問題和可以提高的空間。第五章根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果總結(jié)分析出我國高校圖書館面向企業(yè)信息服務(wù)存在的問題。論文最后從加強(qiáng)信息資源建設(shè)、組織開發(fā)深層次信息產(chǎn)品、創(chuàng)新服務(wù)方式、完善管理制度、轉(zhuǎn)變思想觀念、提升館員服務(wù)能力、加強(qiáng)與社會各界的聯(lián)合這幾個方面對我國高校圖書館企業(yè)信息服務(wù)提出建議。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of information technology represented by computer and network, more and more enterprises begin to realize the key and urgency of "information" for the survival and development of enterprises in order to be based on the era of gradual improvement of the level of social informatization. However, the rapid development of everything is a double-edged sword, so is the social informatization. It not only brings a lot of abundant information resources, but also brings people "information explosion" and a lot of redundant information. However, the enterprise itself is limited in its ability to obtain information, and it will face many problems, such as the low capacity of information processing and processing, the lack of ability to develop information resources, and the lack of professional personnel, and so on. At this point, with the power of external information agencies become the only solution. This is an opportunity for university libraries to integrate into the information market environment. University library is not only the center of teaching and scientific research, but also the information service center of society. It has the advantages and conditions to provide high-quality information products for enterprises. In recent years, with the loose policy and market-oriented guidance, more and more university libraries have begun to assume the responsibility of opening up to the society. However, the information services they carry out are mainly the traditional service items such as document borrowing service and scientific and technological novelty search, which belong to the shallow level of information service; Only a small number of university libraries have the will and strength to provide deep-seated information services for those in need of information. It can be seen that the existing information service capacity can not meet the growing demand for enterprise information in the market. The university library has the information duty which it needs to fulfill. On the premise of guaranteeing the normal use of the library by the teachers and students of our school, we should expand the service range and develop the service items which can meet the information needs of the enterprise. It can not only help the enterprise to make the correct decision at the critical time, but also promote the healthy development of the enterprise, increase the utilization rate of the information resources in the university library, and effectively avoid the waste of the resources. Finally, it is beneficial to improve the ability of information collection and information analysis, optimize the service mode, renew the service concept, and improve the quality of service in all directions. The first chapter of this paper summarizes and combs the current research situation of enterprise-oriented information service in university libraries at home and abroad. The second chapter mainly expounds the general description of the enterprise information service of university library, and summarizes the definition and service type of the enterprise information service of university library. In the third chapter, the author makes a survey on the websites of 39 "985 Project" university libraries in China, and makes an investigation around four aspects of enterprise information service, which shows the present situation of the development of the information service in the university libraries of our country at present. The fourth chapter selects three representative university libraries which provide information services to the outside world as the research object, and makes an in-depth introduction and analysis to them. It is found that there are still a series of problems and room to be improved in the enterprise-oriented information service of university libraries in China. The fifth chapter summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the enterprise-oriented information service of university libraries in China. Finally, from strengthening the construction of information resources, organizing and developing deep-level information products, innovating the mode of service, perfecting the management system, changing ideas and enhancing the service ability of librarians, To strengthen the union with all walks of life, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the information service of university library enterprises in our country.
