《數(shù)字素養(yǎng):新媒體聯(lián)盟地平線項目戰(zhàn)略簡報》研究

【摘要】:最新發(fā)布的《數(shù)字素養(yǎng):NMC地平線項目戰(zhàn)略簡報》總結了高等教育領導層面關于數(shù)字素養(yǎng)核心定義、模型、最佳實踐、實施意見的認識,體現(xiàn)了NMC理論和實踐相結合、以人為本、以項目計劃和評估機制為保障、拓展對話與合作的數(shù)字素養(yǎng)發(fā)展理念,對國內高校圖書館數(shù)字素養(yǎng)項目評估標準設計,創(chuàng)客空間等生態(tài)空間發(fā)展,建設開放和共享的多方合作關系以推進數(shù)字素養(yǎng)項目,以及推動數(shù)字素養(yǎng)理論和實踐的可持續(xù)發(fā)展工作有一定的啟迪意義。
[Abstract]:The newly released "Digital Literacy: NMC Horizon Project Strategy brief" summarizes the key definitions, models, best practices, and implementation opinions of digital literacy at the leadership level of higher education, reflecting the combination of NMC theory and practice. Taking the project planning and evaluation mechanism as the guarantee, expanding the digital literacy development concept of dialogue and cooperation, developing the ecological space, such as the design of the evaluation standard of the digital literacy project of the domestic university library, the creation of the guest space, etc. It is instructive to build an open and shared multi-party cooperative relationship to promote the digital literacy project and to promote the sustainable development of digital literacy theory and practice.
