【摘要】：【目的/意義】揭示國內(nèi)外政府開放數(shù)據(jù)領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)和今后的發(fā)展趨勢,為相關(guān)研究和發(fā)展提供建議和參考依據(jù)。【方法/過程】利用BICOMB2、SPSS和CiteSpaceⅢ,采用詞頻統(tǒng)計(jì)、聚類分析和共現(xiàn)分析方法,對CNKI、WOS數(shù)據(jù)庫中相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行對比分析。【結(jié)果/結(jié)論】中外研究熱點(diǎn)側(cè)重于政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)管理、政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放、政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)服務(wù)等研究;中外研究趨勢趨同,研究前沿包括數(shù)據(jù)開放平臺(tái)、開放機(jī)制和政策、數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用、開放效果與評價(jià)等研究。
