【摘要】：圖書館憑借其全面的信息資源、專業(yè)的人才機構、穩(wěn)定的經(jīng)費來源,在智庫服務方面具備得天獨厚的優(yōu)勢。圖書館智庫利用其天然優(yōu)勢在提供咨詢信息和決策依據(jù)方面發(fā)揮著不可估量的作用,主要包括資源采集、參考咨詢、信息推送、評價反饋4種服務模式。關聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù)是致力于資源整合的一種語義網(wǎng)技術,將其應用在圖書館智庫服務中,使資源合理利用,實現(xiàn)圖書館智庫服務質量的提升,為政府、企業(yè)、用戶提供更加高效便捷的服務。
[Abstract]:With its comprehensive information resources, professional talent institutions and stable funding sources, libraries have unique advantages in the service of think tanks. The library think-tank plays an inestimable role in providing consultation information and decision-making basis by using its natural advantages, mainly including four service modes: resource collection, reference consultation, information push and evaluation feedback. Relational data is a semantic web technology dedicated to resource integration, which is applied to the library think tank service to make rational use of resources, to achieve the improvement of library think tank service quality, for the government, enterprises, Users provide more efficient and convenient services.
