【摘要】：共贏思維是圖書館電子書館藏發(fā)展的趨勢,但這一觀點在國內電子書館藏政策中未能很好體現(xiàn)。文章旨在將利益相關者理論運用于圖書館電子書館藏發(fā)展政策的構建之中。文章首先在相關研究回顧的基礎上,分析了電子書館藏發(fā)展及其政策構建中利益相關者的類型;其次揭示了電子書館藏發(fā)展中的利益生態(tài)鏈及其形成動因,比較了電子書館藏發(fā)展中直接利益相關者利益需求的異同點,分析了利益相關者利益管理與電子書館藏發(fā)展政策的關系;最后從理論應用實踐、建立協(xié)調機構、關注宏觀政策和強化開放創(chuàng)新意識四方面,對基于利益相關者需求的電子書館藏發(fā)展政策的構建提出建議。
[Abstract]:Win-win thinking is the development trend of e-book collection in libraries, but this view is not well reflected in the domestic e-book collection policy. The purpose of this paper is to apply stakeholder theory to the construction of library ebook collection development policy. Firstly, based on the review of relevant research, this paper analyzes the types of stakeholders in the development of e-book collection and its policy construction. Secondly, it reveals the ecological chain of interest in the development of e-book collection and its formation motivation, and compares the similarities and differences of the interest needs of the direct stakeholders in the development of e-book collection. The relationship between stakeholder interest management and e-book collection development policy is analyzed. Finally, from the aspects of theoretical application, establishment of coordination mechanism, attention to macro policy and strengthening of open and innovative consciousness, suggestions are put forward for the construction of e-book collection development policy based on the needs of stakeholders.
