【摘要】：隨著人類社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,各種高新技術(shù)如雨后春筍般涌現(xiàn),全球進(jìn)入了知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代。區(qū)別于農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代和工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代中經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的最大推動(dòng)力來自于知識。知識是人類智慧的結(jié)晶,它推動(dòng)著人類社會(huì)的前進(jìn)。順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展趨勢,信息服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型向知識服務(wù)發(fā)展成為必然趨勢。要想提供知識服務(wù),必須先對知識進(jìn)行管理。知識鏈接是實(shí)施知識管理的有效方法和手段。本文沿用從理論到應(yīng)用再到實(shí)證的線索對知識鏈接進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。首先對知識鏈接的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,綜合研究了目前已有的研究成果,并且進(jìn)行了簡短的述評,認(rèn)為如何讓知識鏈接的對象資源更加多樣、讓知識鏈接系統(tǒng)更加開放、讓知識鏈接的質(zhì)量更加優(yōu)化是這一領(lǐng)域亟待解決的問題。然后對知識鏈接的概念、類型、產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展、特征、功能、原理、模型以及構(gòu)建方式等相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了研究,認(rèn)為知識鏈接是指一個(gè)知識單元與另一個(gè)知識單元之間的鏈接關(guān)系。它以知識單元之間的邏輯關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系為客觀基礎(chǔ),按照一定的規(guī)則將知識單元聯(lián)系起來,根據(jù)特定的需求將知識單元進(jìn)行排列組合,并且進(jìn)一步構(gòu)成系統(tǒng)的知識網(wǎng)絡(luò);從鏈接狀態(tài)和鏈接對象兩個(gè)維度對知識鏈接進(jìn)行分類,按時(shí)間順序整理了它的發(fā)展歷程,分析了它的特征和功能,并且構(gòu)建了知識鏈接的簡易模型,還進(jìn)一步闡述了知識鏈接的四步構(gòu)建方法。以基礎(chǔ)理論研究為基礎(chǔ),本文接下來對知識鏈接在網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識服務(wù)中的應(yīng)用理論問題進(jìn)行了研究。對網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識服務(wù)的概念和特征進(jìn)行了簡單分析,將網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識服務(wù)理解為在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下進(jìn)行的知識服務(wù)活動(dòng)。將知識鏈接與網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識服務(wù)結(jié)合起來進(jìn)行研究,認(rèn)為知識鏈接在網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識服務(wù)中應(yīng)用具有四大優(yōu)勢:知識對象描述模型一致、知識關(guān)聯(lián)描述語義化、知識發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)制靈活和知識獲取機(jī)制統(tǒng)一,這些優(yōu)勢使知識鏈接成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下知識服務(wù)的熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)用。目前將知識鏈接應(yīng)用于知識服務(wù)的技術(shù)主要體現(xiàn)為語義web技術(shù)、網(wǎng)格技術(shù)、導(dǎo)航庫技術(shù)、知識倉庫技術(shù)等,應(yīng)用模式主要有基于咨詢服務(wù)的應(yīng)用、基于web自主服務(wù)的應(yīng)用和基于個(gè)性化定制服務(wù)的應(yīng)用三種。同時(shí)對其應(yīng)用原則和功能進(jìn)行了分析。最后,以CNKI和WIKI為案例進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,分析了其結(jié)構(gòu)及知識鏈接的具體應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:With the development of human society, all kinds of high and new technologies have sprung up, and the world has entered the era of knowledge economy. Different from the age of agricultural economy and industrial economy, the biggest driving force of economic development in the era of knowledge economy comes from knowledge. Knowledge is the crystallization of human wisdom, it promotes the progress of human society. In line with the trend of development of the times, the transformation of information service institutions to knowledge services has become an inevitable trend. To provide knowledge services, knowledge must be managed first. Knowledge link is an effective method and means to implement knowledge management. This paper makes a systematic study on knowledge link from theory to application to empirical clue. First of all, this paper analyzes the current research situation of knowledge link at home and abroad, synthesizes the existing research results, and makes a brief comment on how to make the object resources of knowledge link more diverse and the knowledge link system more open. To optimize the quality of knowledge link is an urgent problem in this field. Then the concepts, types, generation, development, features, functions, principles, models and construction methods of knowledge link are studied. Knowledge link refers to the link relationship between one knowledge unit and another knowledge unit. It is based on the logical relation between the knowledge units, links the knowledge units according to certain rules, arranges and assembles the knowledge units according to the specific needs, and further forms the knowledge network of the system. This paper classifies the knowledge link from the two dimensions of link state and link object, arranges its development course in chronological order, analyzes its characteristics and functions, and constructs a simple model of knowledge link. Furthermore, the four-step construction method of knowledge link is further expounded. Based on the basic theory research, this paper studies the application theory of knowledge link in network knowledge service. In this paper, the concept and characteristics of network knowledge service are simply analyzed, and the network knowledge service is understood as the knowledge service activity under the Internet environment. This paper studies the combination of knowledge link and network knowledge service, and points out that the application of knowledge link in network knowledge service has four advantages: consistent description model of knowledge object, semantic description of knowledge association, and so on. Knowledge discovery mechanism is flexible and knowledge acquisition mechanism is unified. These advantages make knowledge link become a hot application of knowledge service in network environment. At present, the technology of applying knowledge link to knowledge service is mainly embodied in semantic web technology, grid technology, navigation database technology, knowledge warehouse technology and so on. There are three kinds of applications based on web and personalized services. At the same time, the application principle and function are analyzed. Finally, taking CNKI and WIKI as case studies, the structure and application of knowledge link are analyzed.
