【摘要】：正按照農(nóng)業(yè)部等六部門《關于認真做好農(nóng)村土地承包經(jīng)營權確權登記頒證工作的意見》的有關精神,為進一步規(guī)范河南省農(nóng)村土地承包經(jīng)營權確權登記頒證檔案管理,依據(jù)農(nóng)業(yè)部、國家檔案局《農(nóng)村土地承包經(jīng)營權確權登記頒證檔案管理辦法》,河南省農(nóng)業(yè)廳、河南省檔案局制定了《河南省農(nóng)村土地承包經(jīng)營權確權登記頒證檔案管理實施辦法》(以下簡稱《實施辦法》)�，F(xiàn)對該《實施辦法》作以下介紹:1《實施辦法》的框架結構和主要內(nèi)容
