【摘要】：以政務服務網(wǎng)為平臺,浙江省大力推進"最多跑一次"改革,簡化行政審批流程,提高辦事效率與服務質(zhì)量,讓"數(shù)據(jù)多跑路,百姓少跑腿"。浙江政務服務網(wǎng)上受理并辦結(jié)的行政審批電子文件是行政機關(guān)依法履行職能的重要憑證,行政審批電子檔案是國家檔案信息資源的重要組成部分。本文根據(jù)我省大力推進政務服務網(wǎng)網(wǎng)上審批改革帶動的電子化歸檔業(yè)務需求,開展對行政審批電子文件歸檔流程、行政審批電子文件的存檔信息包與行政審批電子文件"一鍵式"歸檔系統(tǒng)的研究設(shè)計,并將設(shè)計成果在電子化歸檔工作中進行實踐應用,取得了良好的建設(shè)成果。
[Abstract]:Taking the government affairs service network as the platform, Zhejiang Province vigorously promotes the reform of "running at most once", simplifies the administrative examination and approval process, improves the work efficiency and service quality, lets "the data run the road more, the common people less running errands". The electronic document of administrative examination and approval, which is accepted and completed by Zhejiang Government Affairs Service online, is an important voucher for administrative organs to perform their functions according to law, and the electronic file of administrative examination and approval is an important part of national archives information resources. In accordance with the demand of electronic archiving business driven by the reform of the online examination and approval of the government affairs service network in our province, this paper develops the process of electronic archiving of administrative examination and approval. The research and design of the archival information package of administrative examination and approval electronic document and the "one key" archiving system of administrative examination and approval electronic document are studied and designed, and the design results are applied in practice in the work of electronic archiving, and good construction results have been obtained.
