【摘要】：文章分析溢價(jià)產(chǎn)生的過(guò)程、學(xué)術(shù)計(jì)量與科研績(jī)效的關(guān)系、正溢價(jià)與負(fù)溢價(jià)的現(xiàn)象,以Wo S的學(xué)科規(guī)范化指數(shù)和高被引論文指數(shù)為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單線性曲線進(jìn)行三段式修正:對(duì)數(shù)擬合與適度權(quán)值分配,控制合理的溢價(jià)幅度,從而產(chǎn)生科學(xué)的激勵(lì)溢價(jià)曲線。修正過(guò)的溢價(jià)曲線公式來(lái)源數(shù)據(jù)可獲得、計(jì)算方法透明,可同時(shí)滿足科研績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)和學(xué)術(shù)計(jì)量的需求,促進(jìn)學(xué)術(shù)研究的良性循環(huán)。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the process of producing premium, the relationship between academic measurement and scientific research performance, the phenomenon of positive premium and negative premium, which is based on Wo S's discipline normalization index and high cited paper index. The simple linear curve is modified by three sections: logarithmic fitting and moderate weight distribution, which can control the reasonable premium range and produce a scientific incentive premium curve. The revised formula of premium curve can obtain the source data, and the calculation method is transparent, which can meet the needs of scientific research performance evaluation and academic measurement, and promote the virtuous circle of academic research.
