【摘要】：單純依靠財(cái)政資金構(gòu)建圖書(shū)館創(chuàng)客空間存在很多弊端,最明顯的就是建設(shè)動(dòng)力不足、資金匱乏等問(wèn)題。將社會(huì)資本引入圖書(shū)館創(chuàng)客空間的建設(shè),不僅會(huì)解決目前很多圖書(shū)館建設(shè)上的資金缺乏問(wèn)題,同時(shí)還為創(chuàng)客空間帶來(lái)了新的營(yíng)運(yùn)理念、專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)知識(shí)、管理規(guī)范和專(zhuān)業(yè)指導(dǎo)人士等。各類(lèi)圖書(shū)館應(yīng)結(jié)合自身實(shí)際,把握合作契機(jī),結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?huì)資本和區(qū)域發(fā)展,將創(chuàng)客空間與市場(chǎng)相結(jié)合,合理規(guī)劃圖書(shū)館創(chuàng)客空間,如此,既能夠構(gòu)建保障大多數(shù)創(chuàng)客需求的公益性區(qū)域,同時(shí)開(kāi)拓專(zhuān)業(yè)化創(chuàng)客區(qū)域,爭(zhēng)取創(chuàng)建生態(tài)鏈條化創(chuàng)客區(qū)域。
[Abstract]:There are many disadvantages in building library guest space by relying solely on financial funds. The most obvious problems are lack of construction power and lack of funds. The introduction of social capital into the construction of library guest space will not only solve the problem of lack of funds in many libraries at present, but also bring a new concept of operation, professional and technical knowledge to the creation space. Management norms and professional guidance, etc. All kinds of libraries should combine with their own reality, grasp the opportunity of cooperation, combine the local social capital and regional development, combine the space of creating guests with the market, and plan the space of creating clients reasonably. It can not only construct the public welfare area which can guarantee most of the demand of creating guest, but also open up the specialized area of creating guest, and strive to create ecological chain to turn the region of creating guest.
