【摘要】：標(biāo)識是區(qū)分事物、加強(qiáng)管理的重要工具。本文在分析我國電子檔案管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,建議借助電子檔案標(biāo)識來加強(qiáng)檔案管理和利用,并介紹了相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的標(biāo)識研究情況,嘗試探索電子檔案標(biāo)識體系的基本構(gòu)成和實(shí)現(xiàn)方式;同時提出,電子檔案標(biāo)識并不是對檔號的否定,而是檔號在信息時代的升級和完善。
[Abstract]:Identification is an important tool for distinguishing things and strengthening management. Based on the analysis of the current situation of electronic archives management in China, this paper proposes to strengthen the management and utilization of archives by means of electronic archives identification, and introduces the status of identification research in related fields. This paper attempts to explore the basic structure and implementation of the electronic file identification system, and points out that the electronic file identification is not the negation of the file number, but the upgrade and perfection of the file number in the information age.
