【摘要】：中國氣象局S2S(Sub-seasonal to Seasonal)數(shù)據(jù)歸檔中心建設(shè)是中國氣象局承擔世界氣象組織(WMO)的世界天氣研究計劃(WWRP)和世界氣候研究計劃(WCRP)任務(wù),由國家氣象信息中心負責設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)。該文介紹了S2S數(shù)據(jù)歸檔中心建設(shè)中涉及的數(shù)據(jù)交換、數(shù)據(jù)檢查及處理、數(shù)據(jù)歸檔存儲及數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)門戶全流程系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)。針對各業(yè)務(wù)中心生產(chǎn)的S2S數(shù)據(jù)配置差異較大造成數(shù)據(jù)交換、同步較難這一問題,采用基于FTP(file transfer protocol)的數(shù)據(jù)推送和基于ECMWF(European Center for Medium-range Weather Forecasts)WebAPI主動數(shù)據(jù)下載相結(jié)合的方式,說明數(shù)據(jù)交換、同步方法和策略。由于S2S數(shù)據(jù)量巨大難以高效管理服務(wù),已設(shè)計統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)組織形式和存儲規(guī)則,實現(xiàn)根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)檢索條件解析獲取數(shù)據(jù)存儲位置,提供便捷的數(shù)據(jù)檢索下載服務(wù)。自2015年11月15日中國氣象局S2S數(shù)據(jù)門戶系統(tǒng)對外開放,目前數(shù)據(jù)門戶系統(tǒng)已有超過18個國家的300個用戶注冊并下載數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The construction of S2S (Sub-seasonal to Seasonal) data Archiving Center) of the China Meteorological Administration is the task of the World Weather Research Program (WWRP) of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and the World Climate Research Program (WCRP), which is designed and implemented by the National Meteorological Information Center. This paper introduces the design and implementation of data exchange, data checking and processing, data archiving storage and data service portal in the construction of S2S data archiving center. Aiming at the problem of data exchange caused by the difference of S2S data configuration in various business centers, it is difficult to synchronize this problem. The data exchange is explained by the combination of data push based on FTP (file transfer protocol) and active data download based on ECMWF (European Center for Medium-range Weather Forecasts) WebAPI. Synchronization methods and strategies. Because of the huge amount of S2S data is difficult to efficiently manage the service, the unified data organization and storage rules have been designed to obtain the data storage location according to the data retrieval conditions, and to provide a convenient data retrieval and download service. Since the S2S data portal system of China Meteorological Administration opened to the public on November 15, 2015, the data portal system has registered and downloaded data from 300 users in more than 18 countries.
