【摘要】：本文提出基于"主語-謂語-賓語(Subject-Predication-Object,SPO)"三元組的生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域知識發(fā)現(xiàn)框架,對該框架的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和實施流程進(jìn)行研究。首先,基于UMLS語料庫,利用Sem Rep工具從生物醫(yī)藥文獻(xiàn)中抽取SPO三元組;其次,基于領(lǐng)域知識組織體系,結(jié)合自定義詞表和清洗規(guī)則對SPO進(jìn)行清洗和篩選;再次,利用Net Miner分別繪制以Subject和Object為中心節(jié)點,Predication為邊的語義網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖;最后,結(jié)合專家解讀,實現(xiàn)領(lǐng)域知識發(fā)現(xiàn)。本文以誘導(dǎo)多能干細(xì)胞領(lǐng)域為例進(jìn)行實證研究。結(jié)果顯示,SPO三元組可細(xì)粒度地揭示科技文獻(xiàn)的知識內(nèi)容,基于SPO的語義網(wǎng)絡(luò)能直觀地支持領(lǐng)域知識發(fā)現(xiàn),該框架具有兼容、高效、易實施等優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a framework of knowledge discovery in biomedical domain based on "Subject-Predication-ObjectPredication-SPO" triple is proposed, and the key technologies and implementation flow of the framework are studied. Firstly, based on UMLS corpus, SPO triples are extracted from biomedical literature by Sem Rep tools. Secondly, based on domain knowledge organization system, combined with custom vocabulary and cleaning rules, SPO is cleaned and filtered. Using Net Miner to draw the semantic network graph with Subject and Object as the center node respectively. Finally, the domain knowledge discovery is realized by combining with the expert interpretation. In this paper, the field of induced pluripotent stem cells is taken as an example. The results show that the SPO triple can reveal the knowledge content of scientific and technological documents in fine granularity. The semantic network based on SPO can support domain knowledge discovery intuitively. The framework is compatible, efficient and easy to implement.
