基于文本挖掘的在線旅游熱詞情報分析——以攜程網(wǎng)為例

【摘要】:文章利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)爬蟲軟件抽取攜程網(wǎng)在線旅游文本內(nèi)容,利用內(nèi)容分析法對所得樣本進(jìn)行熱詞分析、共詞分析和長尾分析,獲得游客在線旅游情報決策的一系列行為規(guī)律。實證研究結(jié)果表明游客在線旅游決策中對景點的感知強(qiáng)于對地域的感知,對地域的感知強(qiáng)于對旅游方式的感知;旅游服務(wù)提供商需要加大對小眾旅游產(chǎn)品的開發(fā),避免同質(zhì)化競爭;旅游服務(wù)體驗反饋已經(jīng)成為游客在線旅游決策的重要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of hot word , common word analysis and long - tailed analysis , the author obtains a series of behaviors of tourists ' online travel information decision . The results show that the perception of tourist attractions is stronger than the perception of the region , and the perception of the region is stronger than the perception of tourism . The tourism service provider needs to increase the development of the small crowdtourism products and avoid the competition of homogenization ; and the feedback on tourism service experience has become an important basis for tourists ' online travel decision - making .
