【摘要】：數(shù)據(jù)是一種蘊(yùn)含著重要價(jià)值的情報(bào)資源。作為情報(bào)鏈主要構(gòu)成要素,它的情報(bào)價(jià)值還有待重新認(rèn)識(shí)與定位。實(shí)際上,數(shù)據(jù)具有情報(bào)活動(dòng)所必備的描述功能和預(yù)測(cè)功能,有著十分重要的情報(bào)價(jià)值。當(dāng)前,數(shù)據(jù)概念不斷泛化,已經(jīng)成為"信息"的代名詞;數(shù)據(jù)更接近情報(bào)鏈中的"事實(shí)"端,不需要經(jīng)由信息就可以直接轉(zhuǎn)化為情報(bào);在大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境下,數(shù)據(jù)已經(jīng)成為一種普遍的社會(huì)存在:數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)該成為情報(bào)學(xué)的研究對(duì)象,并進(jìn)而建立數(shù)據(jù)情報(bào)學(xué)。為此,應(yīng)對(duì)情報(bào)學(xué)原有研究?jī)?nèi)容,如研究對(duì)象、基礎(chǔ)理論、情報(bào)流程、情報(bào)技術(shù)和方法、情報(bào)管理、情報(bào)應(yīng)用等,作出調(diào)整與變革,以適應(yīng)大數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)展的需要。
[Abstract]:Data is an information resource with important value. As the main component of the information chain, its information value needs to be re-recognized and positioned. In fact, data has the essential function of description and prediction of information activities, and has very important information value. At present, the concept of data is becoming more and more extensive and has become the pronoun of "information"; data is closer to the "fact" end of the information chain, and can be directly transformed into information without information. In the big data environment, Data has become a universal social existence: data should become the research object of information science and then establish data information science. Therefore, the original research contents of information science, such as research object, basic theory, information flow, information technology and method, information management, information application and so on, should be adjusted and reformed to meet the needs of the development of big data.
