【摘要】:文章通過對國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行收集和內(nèi)容分析,采用歸納總結(jié)、比較分析等方法深入揭示了個(gè)人云服務(wù)已有研究中的理論模型和影響因素。總結(jié)出已有研究者構(gòu)建個(gè)人云服務(wù)采納行為模型的特征,表現(xiàn)為組合式、擴(kuò)展式和整合式;影響因素的選取按屬性不同可分為個(gè)體因素、技術(shù)因素、社會(huì)因素、質(zhì)量因素和經(jīng)濟(jì)因素,按作用方向分為促進(jìn)因素和阻礙因素,按作用原理有直接因素、間接因素和兩棲因素。最后,提出未來研究的建議:建立適合國內(nèi)個(gè)人云服務(wù)實(shí)踐現(xiàn)狀的用戶采納行為模型,考慮對創(chuàng)新抵制行為的研究,探索時(shí)間延續(xù)視角的用戶行為轉(zhuǎn)變機(jī)理,納入對經(jīng)濟(jì)因素的影響分析。
[Abstract]:Based on the collection and content analysis of domestic and foreign literatures, this paper reveals the theoretical models and influencing factors of personal cloud service by means of inductive summary and comparative analysis. The characteristics of the behavior model of individual cloud service adoption have been summarized, which are combined, expanded and integrated. The selection of influencing factors can be divided into individual factors, technical factors and social factors according to their attributes. The quality factor and economic factor are divided into promotion factor and hindrance factor according to the direction of action, direct factor, indirect factor and amphibious factor according to the principle of action. Finally, some suggestions for future research are put forward: to establish a user adoption behavior model suitable for the current situation of domestic personal cloud service practice, to consider the research on innovation resistance behavior, and to explore the mechanism of user behavior change from the perspective of time extension. To include the analysis of the impact on economic factors.
