【摘要】：信息經(jīng)濟(jì)、虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)日益興起,傳統(tǒng)的圖書館面臨著信息技術(shù)帶來的在管理與服務(wù)上的轉(zhuǎn)型。數(shù)字信息產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸形成由上游信息供應(yīng)商、中游生產(chǎn)商、下游服務(wù)商等組成的供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng),圖書館在數(shù)字信息產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈中起到核心和主導(dǎo)作用。文章依據(jù)供應(yīng)鏈的理論和特點,構(gòu)建了圖書館主導(dǎo)的數(shù)字信息產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的概念與結(jié)構(gòu)模型,并通過其兩階段供應(yīng)鏈模型、供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作機(jī)制模型的構(gòu)建,以及圖書館主導(dǎo)的數(shù)字信息產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的主要價值環(huán)節(jié)的分析,提出了針對圖書館數(shù)字信息產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作效率提升的對策。
[Abstract]:With the rise of information economy and virtual economy, the traditional library is facing the transformation of management and service brought by information technology. The digital information product industry has gradually formed a supply chain structure system composed of upstream information suppliers, middle stream producers and downstream service providers. Libraries play a central and leading role in the digital information product supply chain. According to the theory and characteristics of supply chain, this paper constructs the concept and structure model of digital information product supply chain dominated by library, and through its two-stage supply chain model, the construction of supply chain operation mechanism model. Based on the analysis of the main value links in the supply chain of digital information products led by libraries, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for improving the efficiency of the supply chain of digital information products in libraries.
