【摘要】：【目的】分析中國(guó)科技論文參考文獻(xiàn)中不規(guī)范的中國(guó)專利引文,為期刊編輯、科研管理人員等提供參考�！痉椒ā恳灾袊�(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)信息研究所中國(guó)科技論文與引文數(shù)據(jù)庫中2009—2012年的專利引文數(shù)據(jù)為例,結(jié)合國(guó)標(biāo)GB/T 7714—2015的規(guī)范,從規(guī)范中的專利所有者、專利題名、專利國(guó)別、專利號(hào)和專利出版日期5個(gè)要素出發(fā),總結(jié)中國(guó)專利引文的不規(guī)范形式�！窘Y(jié)果】2009—2012年,專利引文的年均增長(zhǎng)率為5.72%,但專利引文的規(guī)范性較差�！窘Y(jié)論】結(jié)合技術(shù)專利和期刊論文的相似性及作者引用的便利性,建議中國(guó)專利引文的引用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)格式為"[序號(hào)]發(fā)明人.專利名稱[P].授權(quán)號(hào).專利授權(quán)日期."。
[Abstract]:[objective] to analyze the nonstandard Chinese patent citations in the references of Chinese scientific and technological papers, and to be editors of journals. [methods] taking the patent citation data of China Institute of Science and Technology Information Institute of China for example from 2009-2012, combined with the GB / T7714-2015 standard, Based on the five factors of patent owner, title, country, number and date of publication, this paper summarizes the nonstandard form of patent citation in China. [results] 2009-2012, The average annual growth rate of patent citation is 5.72%, but the standard of patent citation is poor. [conclusion] combined with the similarity of technical patent and periodical paper and the convenience of author's citation, it is suggested that the standard format of Chinese patent citation is "the inventor of serial number".
