【摘要】：評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)術(shù)圖書(shū)影響力,能對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)圖書(shū)作者、作者機(jī)構(gòu)、編輯、出版社等進(jìn)行激勵(lì)與鞭策,能有效揭示圖書(shū)學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值,擴(kuò)大推廣利用,促進(jìn)世界范圍內(nèi)交流,能從專著的角度對(duì)學(xué)科建設(shè)及科研項(xiàng)目等進(jìn)行評(píng)估。評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)術(shù)圖書(shū)影響力有同行專家評(píng)價(jià)、引文評(píng)價(jià)及Altmetrics評(píng)價(jià)等三種方法。鑒于同行專家評(píng)價(jià)、引文評(píng)價(jià)存在的問(wèn)題,Altmetrics正在成為一種更易實(shí)施的學(xué)術(shù)圖書(shū)影響力分析評(píng)價(jià)新方法。論文介紹并分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)圖書(shū)Altmetrics影響力分析評(píng)價(jià)的理論研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹了國(guó)外5種典型的學(xué)術(shù)圖書(shū)Altmetrics影響力分析評(píng)價(jià)工具——Altmetric.com、Bookmetrix、Plum Analytics、World Cat Search API、Scopus Article Metrics。論文提出,為推動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)中文學(xué)術(shù)圖書(shū)Altmetrics學(xué)術(shù)影響力分析評(píng)價(jià),應(yīng)對(duì)中文學(xué)術(shù)圖書(shū)Altmetrics相關(guān)理論、數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源及采集方法、數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)及體系、工具、學(xué)科實(shí)證分析等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究。論文發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著國(guó)內(nèi)外圖書(shū)Altmetrics理論、工具的不斷完善,Altmetrics可為國(guó)內(nèi)中文學(xué)術(shù)圖書(shū)影響力分析評(píng)價(jià)提供新的視野。
[Abstract]:Evaluating the influence of academic books can stimulate and motivate the authors, editors, publishing houses, etc., can effectively reveal the academic value of books, expand their popularization and use, and promote worldwide exchanges. Be able to evaluate subject construction and scientific research projects from the perspective of monographs. There are three methods to evaluate the influence of academic books: peer expert evaluation, citation evaluation and Altmetrics evaluation. In view of the peer expert evaluation, the problems in citation evaluation are becoming a new method to analyze and evaluate the influence of academic books. This paper introduces and analyzes the theoretical research status of Altmetrics influence analysis and evaluation of academic books at home and abroad, and introduces five typical tools for Altmetrics influence analysis and evaluation of academic books abroad: Altmetric. comm Bookmetrix- Plum AnalyticsScopus Article Metrics.Scopus Article Metrics. The paper puts forward that in order to promote the analysis and evaluation of the academic influence of Chinese academic book Altmetrics, we should deal with the related theory, data source and collection method, data index and system, tools of Chinese academic book Altmetrics. Subject empirical analysis and other contents of a systematic study. It is found that with the Altmetrics theory of books at home and abroad, the continuous improvement of the tools can provide a new perspective for the analysis and evaluation of the influence of Chinese academic books in China.
