【摘要】：文章從理論和實(shí)踐角度出發(fā),對(duì)撫松縣文化共享工程組織機(jī)構(gòu)、服務(wù)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)及設(shè)施、經(jīng)費(fèi)投入、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理、數(shù)字資源建設(shè)、服務(wù)開(kāi)展情況、取得的效益等方面情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題提出創(chuàng)新機(jī)制、引進(jìn)人才,出臺(tái)政策、加大保障,優(yōu)化資源配置、提高資源適用性,區(qū)域協(xié)作、共建共享等建議。
[Abstract]:From the angle of theory and practice, this paper investigates the organization, service network and facilities, fund input, operation management, digital resource construction, service development and benefits obtained in Fusong County Cultural sharing Project. In view of the existing problems, the paper puts forward some suggestions, such as innovative mechanism, introducing talents, issuing policies, increasing the guarantee, optimizing the allocation of resources, improving the applicability of resources, regional cooperation, co-construction and sharing, etc.
