【摘要】：在開放獲取、開放科研等大潮的影響下,預印本和基于預印本平臺的學術(shù)交流得到科學界高度關(guān)注。本文對2013年以來國際上預印本平臺建設(shè)的相關(guān)情況進行總結(jié)梳理,研究提出當前國際預印本發(fā)展的7個主要態(tài)勢。研究表明,以arXiv、SSRN為代表的傳統(tǒng)預印本平臺,通過可持續(xù)發(fā)展模式探索,贏來大發(fā)展;以BioRXiv、ChemRXiv等為代表的新預印本平臺如雨后春筍般紛紛推出,帶來預印本平臺的大繁榮;而在科學界,基于論文手稿的預印本交流模式得到學術(shù)團體、學協(xié)會、科技管理機構(gòu)、基金組織,甚至傳統(tǒng)出版商的廣泛認可,表明以學界自治為基礎(chǔ)的預印本學術(shù)交流模式正在改變傳統(tǒng)的以期刊為主體的學術(shù)交流模式。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of open access, open scientific research and so on, preprint and academic exchange based on preprint are highly concerned by the scientific community. This paper summarizes and combs the relevant situation of international pre-print platform construction since 2013, and puts forward seven main trends of international preprint development. The research shows that the traditional preprint platform, represented by arXivn SSRN, develops greatly through the exploration of sustainable development mode, and the new preprint platform, such as BioRXivn ChemRXiv, has been launched one after another, which has brought about the prosperity of the preprint platform. In the scientific community, preprint exchange models based on manuscripts are widely accepted by academic communities, academic associations, science and technology management agencies, IMF, and even traditional publishers. It is shown that the academic exchange model based on academic autonomy is changing the traditional academic exchange model with periodical as the main body.
