【摘要】：[目的/意義]研究公共服務(wù)平臺信息資源共享如何在最短時間、最大范圍內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn),共享規(guī)律如何等相關(guān)問題,為公共服務(wù)平臺的建設(shè)和發(fā)展提供理論參考與依據(jù)。[方法/過程]基于Lotka-Volterra模型構(gòu)建公共服務(wù)平臺信息資源共享模型,指出不同信息資源提供者的信息生態(tài)位重疊度對信息資源共享的影響作用,通過Matlab R2016a對信息資源共享模型進(jìn)行仿真,驗(yàn)證理論分析的結(jié)果,并檢驗(yàn)初始共享速度對共享結(jié)果的影響。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]仿真結(jié)果表明:信息提供者之間的影響系數(shù)對信息資源共享的均衡狀態(tài)、達(dá)到均衡所需時間都有顯著作用。研究結(jié)果對于探索公共服務(wù)平臺的科學(xué)構(gòu)建與治理,信息提供者的信息資源共享策略制定具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The purpose / significance of this paper is to study how to share information resources in the shortest time, within the maximum scope, and how to share the rules of the public service platform, so as to provide a theoretical reference and basis for the construction and development of the public service platform. [method / process] based on Lotka-Volterra model, the information resource sharing model of public service platform is constructed, and the influence of different information resource providers' information niche overlap on information resource sharing is pointed out. The information resource sharing model is simulated by Matlab R2016a to verify the results of theoretical analysis and to test the effect of initial sharing speed on the sharing results. [results / conclusions] the simulation results show that the influence coefficients between information providers play a significant role in the equilibrium state of information resource sharing and the time required to achieve the equilibrium. The research results are of great significance to explore the scientific construction and governance of public service platform and to formulate information resource sharing strategies for information providers.
