【摘要】：正電網(wǎng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目檔案來(lái)源廣泛、類(lèi)型多樣、內(nèi)容龐雜,一直以來(lái)都是廣東電網(wǎng)公司檔案管理的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。2012年,廣東電網(wǎng)公司啟動(dòng)工程建設(shè)規(guī)范管理"登高"工作,以自查自糾、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查、總結(jié)整改為主要方式,以工程建設(shè)規(guī)范管理、工程項(xiàng)目檔案專(zhuān)項(xiàng)檢查、承包商考核扣分檢查為主要內(nèi)容。這項(xiàng)工作使檔案管理成為工程項(xiàng)目管理的重要組成部分。通過(guò)幾年來(lái)的實(shí)踐,廣東電網(wǎng)公司電網(wǎng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目檔案管理成效顯著,屢獲廣東省重大建設(shè)項(xiàng)目檔案"金冊(cè)獎(jiǎng)"。
