【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)帶來(lái)了社會(huì)生活的深刻變革,以“城郊失地農(nóng)民”及“農(nóng)村外出務(wù)工人員”為主體的“新市民”群體對(duì)社會(huì)公共服務(wù)體系的建設(shè)提出了更高的要求。檔案與檔案館作為公共服務(wù)體系的重要一環(huán),應(yīng)該積極發(fā)揮其在城市公共服務(wù)中的作用,滿足新市民群體檔案信息需求,助力新市民融入城市社會(huì)�；诖�,文章從新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下新市民的檔案信息需求出發(fā),結(jié)合當(dāng)前新市民檔案信息服務(wù)整體環(huán)境,圍繞如何向新市民群體提供檔案信息服務(wù)為目標(biāo),具體闡述了以下幾個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容:第一部分闡述了選題背景與選題意義,總結(jié)了學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)相關(guān)問(wèn)題的研究,同時(shí)對(duì)研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法做了說(shuō)明。第二部分在厘清新市民、區(qū)域檔案信息服務(wù)概念的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了新市民檔案信息服務(wù)需求的內(nèi)容與特點(diǎn),并揭示了兩者融合的動(dòng)因。第三部分闡釋了新市民區(qū)域檔案信息服務(wù)的可行性和必要性,強(qiáng)調(diào)了面向新市民的檔案信息服務(wù)的意義與社會(huì)價(jià)值。第四部分從宏觀與微觀的角度,分析了新市民檔案信息服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀并找出目前存在的問(wèn)題與限制因素。第五部分作為本文的重點(diǎn)與創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),從政府、檔案館與社區(qū)三個(gè)層面提出了面向新市民群體的區(qū)域檔案信息服務(wù)策略。
[Abstract]:The advancement of urbanization has brought about profound changes in social life. The "new citizens", with the main body of "peasants who lost land in the suburbs" and "rural migrant workers", have put forward higher requirements for the construction of social public service system. Archives and archives, as an important part of public service system, should play an active role in urban public service, meet the needs of archives and information of new citizens, and help new citizens to integrate into urban society. Based on this, the article starts from the new citizen's archives information demand under the new urbanization background, unifies the present new citizen archives information service overall environment, revolves around how to provide the archives information service to the new citizen community as the goal, The first part describes the background and significance of the topic, summarizes the academic research on related issues, and at the same time, explains the research content and research methods. On the basis of clarifying the concept of new citizen and regional archival information service, the second part analyzes the content and characteristics of the new citizen's archival information service demand, and reveals the motive of the fusion of the two. The third part explains the feasibility and necessity of the new citizen's regional archival information service, and emphasizes the significance and social value of the new citizen's archival information service. The fourth part analyzes the current situation of new citizen archives information service from the macro and micro angles and finds out the existing problems and limiting factors. The fifth part, as the focus and innovation of this paper, puts forward the regional archives information service strategy for new citizen groups from three levels: government, archives and community.
