【摘要】：數(shù)字學術(shù)是近年來高校圖書館在轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展中面向科研人員開展的深度創(chuàng)新服務(wù),而數(shù)字學術(shù)中心是開展相關(guān)服務(wù)的最佳陣地。文章通過網(wǎng)站調(diào)查,選取美國16所高校圖書館的數(shù)字學術(shù)中心作為調(diào)查對象,從服務(wù)團隊、服務(wù)對象及目標、服務(wù)項目和服務(wù)工具等方面對其開展的服務(wù)進行研究。為規(guī)范和提升數(shù)字學術(shù)服務(wù)的方式和質(zhì)量,我國高校圖書館應(yīng)建設(shè)專門的數(shù)字學術(shù)中心并明確服務(wù)目標、成立專業(yè)的科研服務(wù)團隊并明確成員分工、根據(jù)研究人員的需求制定服務(wù)內(nèi)容并采取多樣化的服務(wù)形式、加強與校內(nèi)外相關(guān)部門的合作以獲得資源和技術(shù)保障。
[Abstract]:In recent years, digital academic is the deep innovation service for scientific research personnel in the process of university library's transformation and development, and the digital academic center is the best position to carry out related services. This paper selects the digital academic center of 16 university libraries in the United States as the research object through the website investigation, and studies its service from the service team, the service object and the target, the service item and the service tool and so on. In order to standardize and improve the way and quality of digital academic service, our university library should establish a special digital academic center, define the service goal, set up a professional scientific research service team and define the division of labor among the members. According to the needs of researchers, the service content should be made and diversified service forms should be adopted, and cooperation with relevant departments within and outside the school should be strengthened in order to obtain resources and technical support.
