【摘要】：21世紀(jì)以來,移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展深刻的改變了人們的生活,手機(jī)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等移動(dòng)數(shù)字化信息服務(wù)不斷擴(kuò)充著人們的視野。移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的到來,帶來了全新的3G/4G數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境,使得人們對(duì)移動(dòng)生活的需求和依賴性更強(qiáng),改變了人們傳統(tǒng)的生活、學(xué)習(xí)和工作方式,手機(jī)閱讀、手機(jī)購(gòu)物、手機(jī)電視等逐漸成為潮流,人們對(duì)于移動(dòng)信息的需求日益提高。由此,國(guó)內(nèi)外圖書館界嘗試?yán)靡苿?dòng)通信技術(shù)延伸圖書館信息服務(wù),利用移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)為用戶提供方便快捷的手機(jī)圖書館服務(wù),滿足人們?nèi)找嬖鲩L(zhǎng)的移動(dòng)信息需求,以此來提高圖書館信息服務(wù)能力。國(guó)外有關(guān)手機(jī)圖書館服務(wù)的理論研究早于國(guó)內(nèi),其在實(shí)踐應(yīng)用方面不斷拓展,從傳統(tǒng)的圖書館信息服務(wù)逐步轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閭�(gè)性化和交互性強(qiáng)的服務(wù)模式,手機(jī)客戶端應(yīng)用模式逐漸發(fā)展并廣泛應(yīng)用起來,不再受限于短信和WAP模式。而國(guó)內(nèi)的手機(jī)圖書館研究和實(shí)踐應(yīng)用起步晚,實(shí)踐應(yīng)用還不廣泛,服務(wù)內(nèi)容比較單一,服務(wù)模式依舊局限于以短信和WAP網(wǎng)站為主的服務(wù)。因此,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)高校的手機(jī)圖書館服務(wù)發(fā)展情況以及其存在的問題進(jìn)行研究是很有必要的,以此來進(jìn)一步推廣并完善國(guó)內(nèi)的手機(jī)圖書館服務(wù)。本文敘述了國(guó)內(nèi)外高校手機(jī)圖書館的研究動(dòng)態(tài)和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)手機(jī)圖書館服務(wù)進(jìn)行理論概述,總結(jié)了手機(jī)圖書館的內(nèi)涵。同時(shí),對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)高校具有代表性的“985工程”院校(一期名單)的手機(jī)圖書館服務(wù)應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,分析手機(jī)圖書館服務(wù)過程中各自的特色。同時(shí),以問卷調(diào)查的方式,調(diào)查分析國(guó)內(nèi)高校手機(jī)圖書館的用戶需求特點(diǎn),指出我國(guó)高校手機(jī)圖書館在服務(wù)過程中存在的不足之處,并提出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, the development of mobile communication technology has profoundly changed people's lives, mobile phone, Internet and other mobile digital information services continue to expand people's horizons. With the advent of the mobile Internet era, the new 3G/4G data environment has been brought, which makes people need and rely more on mobile life. It has changed the traditional life, study and work style, mobile phone reading, mobile phone shopping, and so on. Mobile TV and so on gradually become the trend, people's demand for mobile information is increasing day by day. Therefore, the domestic and foreign libraries try to extend the library information service by using the mobile communication technology, and use the mobile communication technology to provide the convenient and fast mobile phone library service for the users, so as to meet the increasing demand of mobile information. In order to improve the library information service capacity. The theoretical research on mobile phone library service in foreign countries is earlier than that in China, and its application in practice has been continuously expanded, from the traditional library information service to the individualized and interactive service mode. Mobile phone client application model is gradually developed and widely used, no longer limited by SMS and WAP mode. But the domestic mobile phone library research and the practice application starts late, the practice application is not widespread, the service content is relatively single, the service pattern is still confined to the service which is mainly based on the short message and the WAP website. Therefore, it is necessary to study the development of mobile phone library service and its existing problems in colleges and universities in China, so as to further promote and perfect the mobile phone library service in China. This paper describes the research trends and development status of mobile phone libraries in colleges and universities at home and abroad, summarizes the theory of mobile phone library services, and summarizes the connotation of mobile phone libraries. At the same time, the paper investigates the application status of mobile phone library service in the representative "985 project" colleges and universities in China, and analyzes their characteristics in the process of mobile phone library service. At the same time, by means of questionnaire survey, this paper investigates and analyzes the characteristics of users' needs of mobile phone libraries in colleges and universities in China, points out the shortcomings of mobile phone libraries in colleges and universities in our country, and puts forward corresponding solutions.
