【摘要】：文章通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,對(duì)公眾的版權(quán)意識(shí)與素養(yǎng)、公共數(shù)字文化資源版權(quán)需求、公共數(shù)字文化資源利用行為和公共數(shù)字文化平臺(tái)功能需求進(jìn)行調(diào)查。調(diào)查結(jié)果表明:大部分被調(diào)查者樂(lè)于使用公共數(shù)字文化資源,認(rèn)為在公共數(shù)字文化資源建設(shè)過(guò)程中,應(yīng)當(dāng)尊重版權(quán)人的權(quán)利;在利用其作品時(shí)需要得到其授權(quán)。要求公共數(shù)字文化平臺(tái)上作品版權(quán)歸屬清晰,便于了解作品的具體情況。在公共數(shù)字文化網(wǎng)站能夠有效保護(hù)版權(quán)的條件下,大部分被調(diào)查者愿意提供自己的作品。被調(diào)查者在面對(duì)版權(quán)限制時(shí),能夠通過(guò)合理渠道滿足對(duì)作品的需求。對(duì)于公共數(shù)字文化資源類型,被調(diào)查者有較明顯的偏好;在使用作品付費(fèi)方式方面,被調(diào)查者按照便利性從高到低進(jìn)行選擇。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates the copyright consciousness and accomplishment of the public, the copyright demand of the public digital cultural resources, the behavior of using the public digital cultural resources and the functional needs of the public digital cultural platform. The results show that most of the respondents are willing to use the public digital cultural resources and hold that the rights of copyright owners should be respected in the construction of public digital cultural resources and that they need to be authorized to use their works. The copyright ownership of works on the public digital cultural platform is clear and easy to understand the specific situation of the works. Under the condition that public digital culture website can effectively protect copyright, most respondents are willing to provide their own works. Respondents in the face of copyright restrictions, through reasonable channels to meet the needs of the work. For the types of public digital cultural resources, respondents have a clear preference; in the use of work payment, respondents according to convenience from high to low choice.
