【摘要】：[目的/意義]通過為用戶提供網(wǎng)絡(luò)互動(dòng)和社交支持,在線健康社區(qū)能夠促進(jìn)健康行為的傳播與影響,提升用戶的行動(dòng)能力和認(rèn)知水平。旨在通過評(píng)估在線健康社區(qū)中個(gè)體的參與行為,為社區(qū)的建設(shè)和規(guī)劃提出相應(yīng)建議。[方法/過程]利用百度戒煙吧的用戶數(shù)據(jù),通過統(tǒng)計(jì)分析與社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法,分析用戶的活動(dòng)狀態(tài)、好友網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及參與需求。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]百度戒煙吧正在逐漸喪失對(duì)用戶的粘性,雖然活躍用戶已經(jīng)形成了穩(wěn)定的群體,但用戶整體處于高度離散和分裂的狀態(tài)。同時(shí),短期用戶的參與動(dòng)機(jī)主要是尋求社會(huì)支持和自我滿足,長(zhǎng)期用戶則扮演著歡迎者的角色,是推動(dòng)用戶參與的主要作用力,是利他主義的執(zhí)行者。
[Abstract]:Objective / meaning: by providing users with online interaction and social support, the online healthy community can promote the spread and influence of healthy behaviors, and enhance the users' ability of action and cognition. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the participation behavior of individuals in the online healthy community and to provide some suggestions for community construction and planning. [method / process] using the user data of Baidu quit smoking bar, through the statistical analysis and the social network analysis method, analyzes the user's activity state, the friend network as well as the participation demand. [results / conclusion] Baidu quit smoking bar is gradually losing its stickiness to users. Although active users have formed a stable group, the users as a whole are in a highly discrete and split state. At the same time, the motivation of short-term users' participation is to seek social support and self-satisfaction, while long-term users play the role of welcome, the main force to promote user participation, and the implementation of altruism.
