【摘要】：結(jié)合當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外智庫建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,針對大數(shù)據(jù)時代智庫情報功能相對欠缺之處,提出了構(gòu)建智庫情報服務(wù)平臺,擬為智庫建設(shè)提供工作思路。文章首先探討了智庫研究與情報研究在理論上的契合關(guān)系,然后構(gòu)建了智庫情報服務(wù)平臺模型,設(shè)計了智庫情報服務(wù)平臺的工作內(nèi)容;最后提出了構(gòu)建智庫情報服務(wù)平臺的措施,認為智庫運行機制內(nèi)含情報工作機制,智庫建設(shè)必須強化其內(nèi)在的情報工作機制。
[Abstract]:According to the present situation of think-tank construction at home and abroad and the relative lack of intelligence function of think-tank in big data's time, this paper puts forward the construction of intelligence service platform of think-tank, which is intended to provide the working train of thought for the construction of think-tank. Firstly, the paper discusses the relationship between think-tank research and intelligence research in theory, then constructs the intelligence service platform model of think-tank, and designs the work content of think-tank intelligence service platform. Finally, the paper puts forward the measures to construct the intelligence service platform of the think-tank, and thinks that the operation mechanism of the think-tank includes the intelligence working mechanism, and the construction of the think-tank must strengthen its internal information working mechanism.
