【摘要】：近年來,國家圖書館在RDA理論研究和實踐探索上取得了豐碩的成果,并在編目工作中實現(xiàn)了RDA本地化。2015—2016年,國家圖書館組織制訂"RDA本地政策聲明"(NLC PS),于2017年年初完成該項工作。NLC PS經(jīng)國家圖書館編目工作委員會審議并通過,這標志著國家圖書館將在外文資源編目中正式啟用RDA。新建記錄采用NLC PS之后,對外文書目數(shù)據(jù)庫中既有的。AACR2歷史數(shù)據(jù)的改造也需提上日程,從GMD的改造、規(guī)范檢索點的維護、深化關(guān)系揭示以及技術(shù)支撐幾個方面討論國家圖書館外文書目數(shù)據(jù)RDA化改造問題,提出具體方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the National Library has made fruitful achievements in the theoretical research and practical exploration of RDA, and has realized the localization of RDA. 2015-2016 in the cataloging work.The National Library Organization formulated the RDA Local Policy statement and completed the work in early 2017, which was considered and adopted by the National Library cataloguing Committee. This indicates that the National Library will officially launch the RDA in the Foreign language Resource catalogue.After the new records are built with NLC PS, the transformation of the existing historical data of .AACR2 in the foreign bibliographic database also needs to be put on the agenda. From the transformation of the GMD, the maintenance of the retrieval points should be standardized.This paper discusses the problem of RDA transformation of foreign bibliographic data in National Library from the aspects of deepening the relationship and technical support, and puts forward some concrete plans.
