【摘要】：文章基于自我決定理論,針對(duì)中國(guó)背景下的網(wǎng)絡(luò)微課社群的用戶參與動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)行指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建,通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)問(wèn)卷測(cè)量,使用探索性因子分析和驗(yàn)證性因子分析,共聚類(lèi)出了七大用戶參與動(dòng)機(jī)。研究結(jié)果表明:對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)微課社群用戶來(lái)說(shuō),從眾和情感動(dòng)機(jī)不是重要的參與動(dòng)機(jī),社交和信息動(dòng)機(jī)屬于較為重要的參與動(dòng)機(jī),興趣、學(xué)習(xí)和分享動(dòng)機(jī)是最主要的參與動(dòng)機(jī),由此推斷出網(wǎng)絡(luò)微課社群的構(gòu)成要素為主題、輸出與交互。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of self-determination, this paper constructs the index system of user participation motivation in the network micro-class community in Chinese context, and uses exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis through network questionnaire measurement.Copoly class out of the seven major user participation motivation.The results show that herd and emotional motivation are not important motivation, social and information motivation belong to more important motivation, interest, learning and sharing motivation are the most important motivation.From this, we infer that the constituent elements of the network microlesson community are the theme, the output and the interaction.
