專利技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化視野下的產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)評(píng)價(jià)研究——基于3D打印專利情報(bào)

【摘要】:[目的 /意義]產(chǎn)業(yè)中專利的實(shí)施需要良好的技術(shù)知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)并形成有效的技術(shù)組合,本文選取3D打印這一戰(zhàn)略性新興技術(shù)的專利情報(bào)作為研究對(duì)象,探究了技術(shù)知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)對(duì)專利技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的作用機(jī)制,并從專利管理視角提出區(qū)域與工藝技術(shù)知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)的界定及其對(duì)技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的影響,拓展了知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)理論在產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新研究中的應(yīng)用。[過(guò)程/方法 ]實(shí)證研究中,運(yùn)用孔多塞評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)中國(guó)三省區(qū)和3D打印三種主流工藝的專利技術(shù)知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行多指標(biāo)綜合評(píng)價(jià),從創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)規(guī)模、知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)廣度、知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)多元度、知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)深度五個(gè)維度綜合對(duì)比了在不同區(qū)域和工藝基礎(chǔ)上推進(jìn)技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的專利條件與實(shí)施潛力。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論 ]以3D打印產(chǎn)業(yè)為例的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),特定技術(shù)在不同區(qū)域和工藝上勢(shì)必存在專利技術(shù)知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)差異,僅從專利數(shù)量等單一因素來(lái)判斷某區(qū)域或技術(shù)工藝是否具備技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化基礎(chǔ)并以此為依據(jù)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃是不夠客觀全面的。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] the implementation of patent in industry needs good technical knowledge base and effective technology combination. In this paper, 3D printing, a strategic emerging technology patent information, is chosen as the research object.This paper probes into the function mechanism of technological knowledge base on patent technology industrialization, and puts forward the definition of regional and technological knowledge base and its influence on technology industrialization from the perspective of patent management.Expand the application of knowledge-based theory in industrial innovation research.[process / method] in the empirical study, we use Comdorcet evaluation method to evaluate the knowledge base of patent technology in three provinces and regions of China and three mainstream technologies in 3D printing, from innovating the network structure and the scale of knowledge base.Five dimensions of knowledge base breadth, knowledge base diversity and knowledge base depth comprehensively compared the patent conditions and implementation potential of promoting technology industrialization on the basis of different regions and processes.[results / conclusion] taking the 3D printing industry as an example, it is found that there are bound to be differences in the knowledge base of patent technology in different regions and processes for specific technologies.It is not objective and comprehensive to judge whether a region or technological process has the basis of technology industrialization only from the single factor such as the number of patents and so on.
