【摘要】："雙一流"建設(shè)是國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,探索"雙一流"建設(shè)服務(wù)實(shí)踐是高校圖書館的服務(wù)重點(diǎn)。武漢理工大學(xué)圖書館以ESI和專利文獻(xiàn)服務(wù)為載體,以師生、科研人員以及學(xué)校決策職能部門為服務(wù)對(duì)象,開展面向決策需求和科學(xué)研究、兼顧信息素養(yǎng)和咨詢的學(xué)科知識(shí)服務(wù)。其中嵌入科研和決策層的ESI學(xué)科和專利分析服務(wù),支持和影響了學(xué)校的政策制定,助力了學(xué)校高水平論文的提升和成果轉(zhuǎn)化的突破。以學(xué)科知識(shí)服務(wù)為基礎(chǔ)自建的學(xué)科知識(shí)平臺(tái)內(nèi)含學(xué)校6個(gè)重點(diǎn)資助學(xué)科分平臺(tái)、學(xué)術(shù)資源在線分平臺(tái)和學(xué)術(shù)信息共享與管理分平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)了學(xué)科資源和學(xué)科服務(wù)的深度整合。
[Abstract]:The construction of "double-class" is a national strategy, and the service practice of "double-first-class" construction is the service focus of university library.The library of Wuhan University of Science and Technology takes ESI and patent document service as the carrier, teachers and students, scientific research personnel and school decision function department as the service objects, carries out the subject knowledge service which is oriented to the decision demand and scientific research, and takes into account the information literacy and consultation.The ESI subject and patent analysis service embedded in scientific research and decision making support and influence the policy making of the school and help the promotion of the high-level papers and the breakthrough of the transformation of the school achievements.The subject knowledge platform, which is built on the basis of discipline knowledge service, consists of six key subplatforms for supporting disciplines, online academic resources and academic information sharing and management, thus realizing the deep integration of subject resources and subject services.
