【摘要】：在e-Science和e-Research環(huán)境下,通過建立科研數(shù)據(jù)知識庫對高校及其他研究機(jī)構(gòu)的科研數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行有效管理以促進(jìn)機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)與機(jī)構(gòu)間數(shù)據(jù)共享與學(xué)術(shù)交流,已逐漸成為近年來國外科研數(shù)據(jù)管理領(lǐng)域關(guān)注的課題。本研究以Web of Science、SpringerLink、ScienceDirect、Emeraldinsight、EBSCOhost以及ProQuest Research Library等數(shù)據(jù)庫收錄的文獻(xiàn)為基礎(chǔ),探討國外機(jī)構(gòu)科研數(shù)據(jù)知識庫(Institutional Research Data Repository,IRDR)研究的最新進(jìn)展。國外該領(lǐng)域的研究主要涉及:機(jī)構(gòu)知識庫在科研數(shù)據(jù)管理中的作用、IRDR建設(shè)的需求與實踐、IRDR的管理、IRDR的數(shù)據(jù)存儲、IRDR的數(shù)據(jù)組織與檢索、IRDR的數(shù)據(jù)出版以及IRDR聯(lián)盟。目前,國外IRDR研究呈現(xiàn)出以下特點:IRDR研究受到多個領(lǐng)域的關(guān)注、研究成果具有較強(qiáng)的實踐指導(dǎo)性、注重IRDR的生命周期管理、IRDR聯(lián)盟成為發(fā)展趨勢。針對我國在該領(lǐng)域現(xiàn)有研究的一些問題,未來研究應(yīng)重點關(guān)注IRDR理論研究的系統(tǒng)化、平臺的建設(shè)與管理、面向科研人員服務(wù)的開展、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)研究及聯(lián)盟機(jī)制的深入探索。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of e-Science and e-Research, the scientific research data of universities and other research institutions can be managed effectively by setting up a knowledge base of scientific research data to promote the sharing and academic exchange between institutions and institutions.In recent years, it has gradually become a topic of concern in the field of scientific research data management abroad.This study is based on the literature collected from the Web of Science Spring Link Direct Information system (EBSCOhost) and ProQuest Research Library, and discusses the latest progress in the research of Institutional Research Data Repository (IRDR) in foreign institutions.The research in this field mainly involves: the role of institutional knowledge base in the management of scientific research data; the requirement and practice of IRDR construction; the management of IRDR data storage; the organization and retrieval of IRDR data; the publication of IRDR data; and the IRDR alliance.At present, the research of IRDR abroad shows the following characteristics: IRDR research has been paid attention to in many fields, the research results have strong practical guidance, and it has become a development trend to pay attention to the life cycle management of IRDR.In view of some problems in the present research in China, the future research should focus on the systematization of IRDR theory research, the construction and management of platform, the development of service for researchers, the further exploration of intellectual property research and alliance mechanism.
