【摘要】：[目的/意義]構(gòu)建圖書館危機管理能力評價指標體系,為評估圖書館危機管理能力提供參考。[方法/過程]在理論分析基礎(chǔ)上提出初始圖書館危機管理能力評價指標體系,利用德爾菲法修正相關(guān)指標,并確定最終圖書館危機管理能力評價指標體系。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]圖書館危機管理能力評價指標體系由3個一級指標、9個二級指標和29個三級指標組成。利用29個三級評價指標及其合成權(quán)重,可構(gòu)建圖書館危機管理能力的函數(shù)表達式,并計算其大小。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance: to construct the evaluation index system of library crisis management ability, and to provide reference for evaluating library crisis management ability.[method / process] on the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper puts forward the evaluation index system of the initial library's crisis management ability, and uses Delphi's method to revise the relevant indexes, and determines the final evaluation index system of library's crisis management ability.Results / conclusion: the evaluation index system of library crisis management ability is composed of 3 first class indexes, 9 second class indexes and 29 third grade indexes.The function expression of library crisis management ability can be constructed by using 29 three grade evaluation indexes and their synthetic weights, and the size of the function can be calculated.
