【摘要】：正檔案管理工作是事關(guān)文明傳承和歷史記錄的重要工作,可以幫助當(dāng)代人更好地認(rèn)識(shí)過去、總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、開拓未來。尤其是在信息技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展的當(dāng)今時(shí)代,信息資源是人類社會(huì)以及經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的重要戰(zhàn)略資源,信息技術(shù)給檔案管理工作帶來了新的平臺(tái)和契機(jī),加快了檔案信息化和數(shù)字化進(jìn)程。同時(shí),信息交流和經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易的全球化也日益頻繁,英語(yǔ)作為全世界使用最廣泛的語(yǔ)言,在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、國(guó)際信息交流中發(fā)揮著重要作用。新時(shí)代檔案學(xué)專業(yè)人才要在
