【摘要】: 數(shù)字檔案館信息資源不能被有效利用,其落后的服務(wù)方式是一個重要因素,個性化服務(wù)為解決這一問題提供了有效途徑,從而能夠更好地滿足用戶的需求,最大限度地實現(xiàn)檔案資源的社會價值。 本文從個性化服務(wù)產(chǎn)生的背景出發(fā),分析了個性化服務(wù)的內(nèi)涵、特點,并概括出數(shù)字檔案館個性化服務(wù)的定義。隨后,本文從多個角度分析了數(shù)字檔案館推行個性化服務(wù)的必然性和可行性,以及推行個性化服務(wù)對數(shù)字檔案館自身發(fā)展所產(chǎn)生的重要意義。通過對目前數(shù)字檔案館個性化服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀的分析,特別是通過與其他領(lǐng)域的比較,我們可以看到數(shù)字檔案館在這一方面的差距并能明確未來的發(fā)展方向。利用現(xiàn)有的相關(guān)信息技術(shù),特別是人工智能技術(shù),參照其他領(lǐng)域的成功模式,根據(jù)數(shù)字檔案館自身特點,設(shè)計出數(shù)字檔案館個性化服務(wù)的三種模式:個性化信息定制、個性化信息推送、個性化信息檢索,并提出評估指標。最后,本文分析了在數(shù)字檔案館個性化服務(wù)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)過程中,需要重點解決的諸如用戶研究、用戶隱私權(quán)保護等一系列問題,其中檔案工作者服務(wù)意識的轉(zhuǎn)變是解決其他問題的基礎(chǔ)。只有檔案工作者樹立“主動服務(wù)”的意識,才能保障數(shù)字檔案館個性化服務(wù)的順利實施,才能實現(xiàn)檔案資源“服務(wù)社會”的理念。
[Abstract]:Digital archives information resources can not be effectively used, its backward service is an important factor, personalized service provides an effective way to solve this problem, so as to better meet the needs of users. Realize the social value of archival resources to the maximum extent. Based on the background of personalized service, this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of personalized service, and generalizes the definition of personalized service in digital archives. This paper analyzes the inevitability and feasibility of implementing personalized service in digital archives from several angles. Through the analysis of the current situation of personalized service of digital archives, especially through the comparison with other fields, We can see the gap in digital archives in this respect and be able to identify the future direction of development. Using existing relevant information technology, especially artificial intelligence technology, and referring to successful models in other fields, according to the characteristics of digital archives, This paper designs three modes of personalized service of digital archives: personalized information customization, personalized information push, personalized information retrieval, and puts forward evaluation index. This paper analyzes a series of problems, such as user research, user privacy protection and so on, which need to be solved in the construction of personalized service system of digital archives. Among them, the change of archivist's service consciousness is the basis to solve other problems. Only when archivist sets up the consciousness of "active service", can they guarantee the smooth implementation of personalized service in digital archives. Only then can we realize the concept of "serving the society" of archival resources.
